1. Agreement

These terms govern your enrollment and use of training services provided by ASVORA Technologies LLP ("ASVORA", "we", "us"), a company registered in India with its institute at 6th Floor, Konark Icon, Kirtane Baug, Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411036. By enrolling in any program or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once the applicable fee is paid and a seat is allocated to you. A seat in any batch is confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. You must provide accurate personal details at the time of enrollment; we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information.

3. Fees & Payments

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Fees are payable in full or in the installments agreed at the time of enrollment. Late payment may result in suspension of class access until dues are cleared. Fees do not include external certification exam charges unless explicitly stated in the program description.

4. Attendance & Course Access

Program access, including classes, materials and recordings, is personal to you and may not be shared with third parties. Attendance below the level stated in the program orientation may affect eligibility for completion certificates and placement support, as those programs depend on participation.

5. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All course content — including presentations, recordings, exercises, projects and documentation — is the intellectual property of ASVORA unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or publicly display any course material without prior written consent.

6. Placement Support

Placement support is an assistance service: we provide resume building, interview preparation, job-readiness sessions and access to hiring opportunities. ASVORA does not guarantee employment, a specific salary, or a placement within any fixed time frame. Placement statistics published on our website are based on internal records of students who complete the program and actively participate in placement support.

7. Certifications

Completion certificates are issued to students who meet the attendance and assessment requirements of their program. Internship and skill-verification certificates are issued only where applicable and earned. Certificates may be revoked if obtained through fraud or misconduct.

8. Student Conduct

We expect professional and respectful behavior toward trainers, staff and fellow students. Harassment, disruption of classes, or misuse of institute facilities or accounts may lead to suspension or removal without refund.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASVORA's total liability for any claim arising out of your enrollment is limited to the fees you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or employment opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued enrollment after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
